- muscle pain [ Time Frame: 2 and 24 hours postoperatively ]
- serum potassium concentration [ Time Frame: 2 and 24 hours postoperatively ]
- plasma creatine phosphokinase concentration [ Time Frame: 2 and 24 hours postoperatively ]
- urine myoglobin and onset plus duration of succinylcholine block [ Time Frame: 2 and 24 hours postoperatively ]
