Brief Summary: This study aims to evaluate the effects of Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) patterns delivered to the upper limb, lower limb and trunk for promoting motor irradiation to the contralateral lower limb.

Current Primary Outcome: Muscular activity by means of Electromyography [ Time Frame: Change from pre to post intervention (at least 40 min) ]

Muscular activity will be assessed in the lower limbs
