Brief Summary: In patients with Interstitial lung diseases (ILD) dyspnea is the most often symptom. Pulmonary lung function tests often do not Show the dyspnea. Aim of the study is to evaluate cardiopulmonary exercise testing concerning therapeutic Monitoring in ILD.
