Official Title: Non-operative Management of Uncomplicated Appendicitis With an Appendicolth in Children

Brief Summary: To determine if non-operative management with antibiotics alone is a feasible treatment alternative for pediatric patients with uncomplicated acute appendicitis with an appendicolith identified on imaging.
