Official Title: EmploYEd Antithrombotic Therapies in Patients With Acute Coronary Syndromes HOspitalized in iTalian CCUs Registry

Brief Summary: This register will evaluate the use of different antithrombotic therapies, combinations of different drugs routinely used during any stage of hospital admission, with their timing, dosage and mode of administration, in patients with a diagnosis of Acute Coronary Syndrome in the Italian Coronary Care Unit during a study period of three weeks

Current Primary Outcome: Antithrombotic drugs in patient undergoing percutaneous transluminal coronary angiography, coronary artery bypass graft or no coronary revascularization [ Time Frame: Participants will be followed for the duration of hospital stay, an expected average period of 7 days ]

Original Primary Outcome: Same as current

Current Secondary Outcome: In-hospital ischemic and hemorrhagic events [ Time Frame: Participants will be followed for the duration of hospital stay, an expected average period of 7 days ]
